Terminal Scheduled to Open in Parallel with the Texas City MegaPort

Expanding Opportunities for Consolidators, LCLs, and Light Manufacturing

Site is Zoned for Mixed Heavy Industrial and Commercial Uses

Texas City Phoenix International Terminal

The Texas City Phoenix International Terminal is over 100 acres and is immediately available for development. It is planned to be developed as a travel center, shipping/logistics center and/or industrial business park that will be located in the immediate vicinity of the Texas City Mega Port. Due to the fact that the new mega port is being constructed on an offshore island with only limited truck access, a large contiguous off-port site is needed for the intermodal truck and rail loading/offloading. Texas City Phoenix International Terminal will provide this needed infrastructure.
